The season for influenza including the H1N1 strain is upon us and there are proven ways to fight off the infection that every family should remember.

- Wash your hands 6-8 times per day.
- Get seasonal flu shot and H1N1 shot if you’re in a high risk group.
- Prepare your own personal flu protection kit including:
hand sanitizer, mask, gloves, fever reducing medicine - Cough and sneeze into your sleeve
- Avoid touching your eyes or mouth
- Avoid shaking hands
