Your gift to Memorial Health Foundation is an investment in the health of your community through your community-owned hospital and health system. 

Be sure to make your gift in the way it will be most meaningful to you.

You may make your gift to the Unrestricted Fund in general support of Memorial's mission, or you can direct your contribution to one of several areas of need.  Gifts can also be used as memorials to deceased individuals or as tributes to living individuals.

Memorial Health Foundation is a not-for profit corporation.  A copy of the IRS letter recognizing Memorial Health Foundation as a 501(c)(3) Charitable Organization for tax purposes is available upon request.  Gift contributions to Memorial Health Foundation are fully tax-deductible.
