Congregational Nursing Program

Throughout the country, there is a growing realization of the interconnectedness of spiritual, physical and mental health. It's not a new concept. In fact it's a pretty old one, but one that time has removed from some cultures, including ours.

As we begin to look at health in all its aspects, it became important for us to reach out into our community in different ways. One such approach is the Congregational Nurse Program, which brings.

There's more to this program than health fairs and lectures. The Congregational Nurse Program is about relationships, trust, partnerships, elements that make a difference to the health of our communities on a spiritual level as well as a physical and mental level.

In the following pages, we invite you to learn more about the Congregational Nurse Program, its beginnings, lessons learned along the way and the differences it has made for the people its has touched, including the nurses themselves.
