Experiencing the Benefits of Yoga

This 8 week practice is for those 55 years old or better who are new to yoga, or want to refresh their yoga practice, as a pathway to experiencing the many benefits research has shown including increased balance, focus, calmness, and peace of mind. Each 1.5 hour class will take you through yoga postures and associated breathing, and a guided meditation. By the end of the 8 weeks, you decide - is yoga a new healthy routine for your life? Wear comfortable clothes! Some mats available.
