Integrative Meditation (iRest) / Yoga Nidra

Barbara Coleman is certified by Yoga Alliance at the advanced 500-hour teaching level with an emphasis on yoga therapy. She apprenticed with Sreedevi Bringi from the Bihar School of Yoga in India to become a Yoga Nidra instructor. She is an advanced student of Dr. Richard Miller, creator of iRest/Yoga Nidra ( Barbara is also a Level II LifeForce® Yoga for Depression and Anxiety instructor. ( A yoga practitioner for over 30 years, a teacher for nine, Barbara brings knowledge, enthusiasm and compassion to her classes and workshops.
